Kru Mark DellaGrotte is owner Sityodtong USA, Instructor, coach and competitor. With over 30 years in martial arts experience Kru Mark became certified in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Indonesian Pencak Silat, Boxe Francaise Savate, Filipino Kali-Escrima, Catch Wrestling and Muay Thai. Kru Mark spent more than a decade living in Thailand learning versions of Muay Thai including Mae Mai Muay Thai, Kun Khmer, Muay Boran, Muay Lao, and Burmese Boxing.

Kru Yodtong appointed Kru Mark to teach, conserve, and promote Thai style boxing. Today Kru Mark is known as Kru Yodtong's top representative worldwide and is recognized as an international conservator of Thai style boxing. Fluent in Thai Kru Mark is an expert in Nak Muay lifestyle, Thai Kickboxer. He has been a featured coach in the The Ultimate Fighter and many other television shows and books.

Darren Levine, Krav Maga Worldwide & Head Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles

Darren Levine is the Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Worldwide. A 6th degree black belt, he is one of the highest-ranked Krav Maga instructors in the world and received extensive training directly from Imi Lichtenfeld, the creator of Krav Maga.

In recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Krav Maga system, Darren Levine received one of only two Founder Diplomas ever issued by Imi Lichtenfeld. An internationally recognized self-defense and counterterrorism expert, Darren Levine has taught thousands of civilians and police officers, as well as military special operation and anti-terrorist units in the United States and abroad.

Darren Levine has served as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles since January 1990. He was a senior member of the Crimes Against Peace Officers Section (CAPOS), an elite special trials unit tasked with the responsibility of prosecuting the most violent crimes committed against peace officers. In that position for nearly 13 years, he has prosecuted eight cases involving the murders of on-duty peace officers and was entrusted with prosecuting some of the most challenging, complex, and high profile cases in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Currently, he serves as the Head Deputy District Attorney of the Target Crimes Division in the Special Operations Bureau of District Attorney's Office. He has been recognized by receiving many awards, including the Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney of the Year (2003), the National Association of District Attorneys (co-recipient) of the 2004 Heavy Hitter Award, and was named a Distinguished Alumni of Loyola Law School in 2005.

Mr. Levine teaches Krav Maga to thousands civilians and local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, as well as to military special operation and counter-terror units on an official basis, throughout the United States and abroad.

Erik Paulson, CSW Training Center

Sensei Erik Paulson's martial arts journey began in 1974, in Judo. From there, he went on to train in the disciplines of Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling, Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts (Kali/Eskrima/Arnis), Shoot Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Many of his teachers included training with Rorion Gracie, Royce Gracie, Rickson Gracie, in a garage, Greg Nelson, Rob Kaman, and Nicolas Saignac.  He is world renown for his grappling, and is considered a leading authority in MMA.

Erik is the founder of CSW Training Center (Combat Submission Wrestling) and STX Kickboxing (Savate-Thai Cross Training). Besides Heading CSW in Fullerton Ca., Erick has also written a book, History of American Submission Wrestling, and was a coach of Team Lesnar on The Ultimate Fighter, Season 13.

Kenny Johnson, BOLT Wrestling

Kenny wrestled at the University of Iowa under the legendary coach, Dan Gable and is a World, Pan Am, and National Champion for both Gi and No Gi. Kenny is lead wrestling coach for Black House Gym and overseas training for: BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Jose Aldo, Paul Daley, Lyoto Machida, Antonio Nogueira and martial arts legend, Danny Inosanto. He is 1 of only 35 coaches in the world to be certified at a USA Wrestling NECP Gold Level.

Steve Maxwell, Master Trainer & 5th Degree Black Belt Professor under Relson Gracie

Steve's seemingly supernatural talent at program design comes from more than 45 years of experience in fitness training and coaching. He has a Master's in Physical Education, and was the first person certified to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the USA. He was the first North American Relson Gracie black belt.

Katalin Rodriguez Ogren, POW!  MMA, Krav Maga and Fitness

Katalin Rodriguez Ogren is the owner of POW! MMA, Krav Maga & Fitness in Chicago, Illinois. She was the first to bring Krav Maga to Chicago. Katalin is the Head Instructor and Owner of a progressive martial arts school that has successfully blended martial arts, the combats sports and high intensity training formats for over 14 years. Her 7,000 sq ft facility is located in downtown Chicago offers 45+ classes a week in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, MMA, BJJ, sparring, interval training, strength and conditioning and yoga since 2001.

Katalin is a certified trainer and an international presenter in the martial arts and fitness industry with black belts in Tae Kwon Do, Goju Karate, Shorin Ryu Karate, and Shaolin Kung Fu. She has 30+ years in the martial arts, including 20+ years in boxing and kickboxing training, 12+ years in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, and MMA training. Apolo Ladra

Master Apolo has over thirty-five years of experience in the martial arts industry, beginning his career as a student of Korean martial arts. He has worked in all areas of the industry: from the age of fourteen, working his way up from an assistant instructor to a full instructor and program director, running multiple locations,  designing and organizing curriculum that managed fifty-seven locations for J Kim's Institute of Tae Kwon Do.

Tim Mousel, Owner Mousel's Mixed Martial Arts Academy, Women's Self-Defense, and The Edge Personal Training Studio

Tim has been training in the martial arts since 1980. He holds Associate Instructor certification under Bruce Lee protégé Guro Dan Inosanto to teach Filipino Martial Art as well as Jun Fan Gung-Fu which was received in 1990. Tim holds a Level 2 instructorship from the prestigious Minnesota Kali Group (1988), Full Instructorship from the Dubuque Martial Arts Group (1987) and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (1986). Currently he is the owner of Mousel's Mixed Martial Arts Academy, Women's Self-Defense, and The Edge Personal Training Studio.

In 1990, Tim earned instructor level from Ajarn Surachai Sirisute and in the summer of 2006, he was the 10th instructor worldwide to earn the honorable rank of Full Instructor (Kruh) from Ajarn Surachai Sirisute who is President of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA. In July of 2012 Ajarn Surachai Sirisute awarded Tim the highest honor of the rank Ajarn. He is listed as Consultant for the book by Kru Tony Moore, "Muay Thai - The Essential Guide to Mastering the Art" (2004).

Tim also serves as Houston Branch Director for the Thai Boxing Association of the USA and is an Instructor in Jun Fan Gung Fu - Jeet Kune Do Grappling Arts under Sifu Larry Hartsell's Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do Grappling Association (2005). Additionally, he received a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Rickson Gracie (1996).

On September 12th, 2005 he received his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Leonardo Xavier. Tim has also completed the requirements for Coach Level 2 in Erik Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) (2003). On March 15th, 2009, Erik awarded Tim with Coach Level 3 making him the highest ranking CSW coach in the Southwestern United States. He is now the Lead Pro Coach in Texas for the CSW organization.

Tim completed the required course of study approved by the Abu Dhabi Combat Club for the Class C Certification and was awarded the Referee Certification. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical education and coaching (K-12), and a Master of Science degree in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy have given Tim the ability to teach the martial arts in a professional, effective manner.

Tim frequently travels to different parts of the United States teaching at fitness conferences attended by personal trainers, physical therapists and athletic trainers in need of continuing education credits. The courses cover the latest cutting edge information in the fields of exercise science, biomechanics, and fitness training. In May 2013 he presented "Muay Thai Kickboxing for the Personal Trainer" at SCW Florida MANIA, one of the largest fitness education organizations in the country.

Tim was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for three-time world boxing champion Reggie Johnson. He is former chief Physical Training Instructor for the HCC Law Enforcement Academy and teaches Physical Education (Exercise Science, Theory of Exercise, Fitness Testing, Fitness Industry Operations, Advanced Weight Training & Conditioning, Personal Training) at Houston's local college. He's also an instructor for the American Red Cross in First Aid, CPR and AED. Tim is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.) and the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.).

In 1990, Tim opened his Houston gym. It was the FIRST gym in Houston to offer Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts and Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW).

He has trained many of Houston's top martial arts instructors and has students he has trained compete at the highest levels of mixed martial arts competition including the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), King of the Cage, Pride, national kickboxing and Muay Thai championships and professional boxing.

Jon Pascal is a 4th Degree Black in Krav Maga and has studied Krav Maga for over 25 years. He is the Director of the Krav Maga Worldwide™ (KMW), Force Training Division and has 15 years of law enforcement experience with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He is currently a reserve deputy assigned to the Field Operations Training Unit, Force Training Division and has trained in the US, Israel, Europe and Asia. The KMW Force Training Division is dedicated exclusively to training law enforcement, security and military personnel. Kevin is the founder of Burn with kearns.com. A MMA inspired fitness provider of personal training and group class leader based certifications and workshops. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from University of Massachusetts at Boston, he has over 23 years experience in the fitness industry and an extensive background in the martial arts.

Kevin has produced 12 conditioning DVDs and contributed to Men's Fitness, Maxim, Ultimate MMA, Fight Magazine, Train magazine, Train Hard Fight Easy. John Whitman, Owner of Alliance Culver City & Founder of Krav Maga Alliance

John is a 5th degree black belt in Krav Maga, a certified Next Generation Krav Maga Kids instructor, a CrossFit Level 1 certified instructor, a Gracie Academy blue belt in jiu-jitsu, and a certified USAW Sport Performance Coach. He is the first person in the world to hold a Senior Instructor degree from the prestigious Wingate Institute in Netanya, Israel. He served as president of Krav Maga Worldwide for 7 years, and has been teaching for 18 years. John teaches civilian, military, and law enforcement personnel, and has taught elite military units in the United States and abroad. Ryan Hoover, Fit to Fight®

Co-founder of Fit to Fight®, a worldwide training organization, specializing in courses related to self-defense, fighting and fitness. Ryan has certified instructors from eight different countries and has taught defensive tactics to law enforcement and military groups, from Ramstein Air Force Base to Denver Highway Patrol Academy and many points in between. He helped develop and draft much of the defensive tactics curriculum for NCBLET. He has also been a featured trainer for the Carolina Panthers NFL Team and Hendrick Motorsports. Ryan has co-authored three books on Krav Maga and is also the co-founder of programs such as Safer Campus Now, Hard Ready, From The Ground Up, and Sparology.

Master Christopher Rappold, Founder, C.E.O. and Executive Director of Personal Best Karate

Master Christopher Rappold holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Karate and is a 5 time World Karate Champion, most recently won in 2011. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a degree in Physical Education. He has represented the United States of America as a top athlete in his sport many times over the years. In both 1995 and 1997, Master Rappold was awarded the prestigious "Martial Artist of the Year Award" earning the title of Master Instructor in the art of Tae Kwon Do.

As the Founder, C.E.O. and Executive Director of Personal Best Karate, Master Rappold has taken the attributes that made him a success in competition and integrated them with outstanding operational systems that are implemented and utilized at his centers. The Personal Best curriculum focuses on teaching character education, physical fitness, and personal protection skills to people of all ages. Master Rappold currently champions an anti-bully program, BullyGuard®, in 29 local schools and has been a part of many panels to address these needs of our children. He was awarded this past January a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives in recognition of "Outstanding Services to the Children of Our Community".

Master Rappold is also the founder of Personal Best Charity. The charity spearheads the Sparrow Project, scholarships for graduating seniors, and the annual Turkey Trot and Turkey Brigade. Master Rappold also created a scholarship program at Personal Best to provide full tuition to children who otherwise would not be able to attend the school. Further, Personal Best Charity supports New Hope, an anti-domestic violence organization.

Chris Stolzman

Chris Stolzman has been involved in Martial Arts for 20 years. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Chris has competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Submission Grappling.

Paul Reavlin, CPA and black belt in Krav Maga, founded Revgear in 1996. While training for his brown belt, Paul grew frustrated with the existing training equipment on the market. Tired of false claims of quality and poorly designed products, he decided that creating a quality branded product line was the only alternative. Paul then changed his career path as a CPA and Revgear was born.

Paige Hardy, Area Fitness Director/Instructor STW Self Defense & Fitness

Paige has been involved in fitness since elementary school. She graduated from Lake Travis High School as a top athlete in many sports. Her father Pete Hardy, president and founder of STW Self Defense & Fitness, has been involved in the fitness industry since 1971. Paige remembers learning how to bench press when she was 10 years old. She was literally raised in the fitness industry.

During her college years, Paige studied kinesiology. Also during this time she began working for her father's business, STW Krav Maga, where she put her abilities to train and inspire others to use on a much larger scale. Today, Paige runs the entire fitness program for STW Krav Maga, the nation's largest Krav Maga regional facility. Paige is responsible for the development of all STW Krav Maga fitness instructors, developing new and trending programs, keeping current programs up-to-date and ahead of the curve, fitness instructor tryouts in their entirety, hiring, firing, and training anyone who wants to step on stage for STW Krav Maga. Paige ensures she provides her STW members with instructors that are not only skilled but truly passionate about what they do. She trains instructors how to design and provide exceptional fitness classes, "We pride ourselves on our homegrown instructors."

Paige has completed the CrossFit certification program, AFFA Group Certification program, and the AFFA Personal Training Certification program; she has two L1 Kettlebell certifications, and has been involved in coaching and assisting other athletic summer camps. Paige does what she does to empower each and every person she meets by proving to them that they have what it takes to reach their fitness goals. Greg Silva, President of United Professionals Inc., Speaker, Promoter, and Author

Greg Silva is a martial arts lifer and icon of the industry. In short he is a college business graduate, school owner since 1973, trained many top martial arts champions, coached most of the leaders in the business industry at one time or another, had a school with 1,300 students, a chain of 5 schools, bought and sold several schools, is a speaker, a promoter, an author, developed one of the first rotating curriculum's, a children’s curriculum and is the real deal and student of the late Ed Parker. He continues to work with selected clients one on one as well as teach martial arts business classes weekly online. Mr. Silva is the president of United Professionals Inc., a school owner resource and marketing company.

Derek Frader, Chief Instructor Elements Curriculum and Master Instructor East West Karate

Started training in American Kenpo at age 9, began assisting at age 11, and started teaching full time at age 13. He graduated high school at age 15 so he could run a school for the organization he was working for full time. After which he moved to San Antonio, Texas to work for Mr. Jesse Elder at age 17. Then after 2 years of teaching there he opened my own school back in Arizona at age 19 and ran it successfully for 7 years. During which time he was inducted in the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame twice. He also became the General Manager for the XMA World Headquarters and the Director of the XMA 2.0 Program, consulting schools in XMA and martial arts business. He is now the Chief Instructor of the Elements Curriculum, Consultant with United Professionals, and the Master Instructor of East West Karate Mesa, Arizona.

Vellore Caballero

Vellore Caballero is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, competitor, and instructor under Amal Easton in Denver, Colorado. He is also a decorated Army combat veteran and holds a bachelors degree in behavioral science. This unique blend of education and experience, along with a passion for teaching, has been the fuel for the success that Easton Training Center (ETC) has had with their kids programs over the past years. Under the excellent leadership of Amal Easton and Vellore Caballero, the coaches at ETC - Centennial have learned through years of training and experience what it takes to teach kids, as well as sustain a healthy program that has longevity and depth. Vellore and his staff are experts at keeping kids engaged in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have created a winning formula for youth competitors!

Vellore and his staff have several IBJJF Kids World Champions, Kids Pan Am Champions, as well as several NAGA Kids World Champions that were trained by them. Many of them are multiple time World and Pan Am Champions. ETC's competition team was able to place 4th in the world in 2014.
